1969 Chevrolet Corvette Hard-Top Convertible
Engine is a 427 cid Chevy Big Block with 1000 horsepower, YES 1000 horses!!. Engine built by NHRA record holder, Bo McDaniel. Supercharged motor restored in 2006 - driven less than 150 miles since restoration.
Brand new dual carbs, brand new Billet aluminum air cleaner and all brand
new rims. Heat shield, M 22 Rock Crusher transmission and a 308 posi rear end. Stainless calipers, INDY Magna core radiator with three electric fans
mounted in cockpit. Power steering, power brakes, power windows and tilt/telescopic steering wheel. Front & rear spoilers, fender flares and side mirrors all molded into the body. Painted pearl white base, blue fade out with geometric designs in multi color, finished in gold leaf. Interior customized to match exterior with naugahyde and crushed velour, blue & white with silver trim. Door panels and roof designed to bring outside colors and stripes into the cockpit.
This car has been strickly a show car for many years. It has won many 1st
place trophies & awards including: Winner of the The Corvette Expo in
Knoxville, TN; West Virginia State Championship Concours X; Car Crafters
Springtime Breakout Show; 1st place at ISCA O'Reilly Auto Parts Autorama in
Dallas, Texas and at the Mountaineer Mall Corvette Show.
It has not been raced, therefore, no stress fractures. This car has been
pampered and kept indoors. It is, however, a great Sunday ride. It shifts
very smooth, handles the road like a pro and it is VERY FAST!!!! Be prepared
for many double takes when driving this car. EVERYONE will want to stop and
talk to you about this beautiful machine.
